This is Frank Li who once sent email via the Editors, Le Journal de Montréal with A cure for Céline Dion and social diseases.

Recently, I happily read article said that Céline Dion's Brothersand Sisters are also accomplished musicians. Your families achieved ability to promote Canada livable; which is by your outstanding influence mobilizing rational politician & quality elites.

Now immigrated low quality population are ruining Canada, they cannot do proper job; but crimes. Some play their religious culture that has ruined their country; they yell that “We are the owner of Canada!" "White people should go back to Europe!"

The cause is that democracy entangles cheating ideologies ruining Canada.

Ever since the French stormed the royal palace and hanged the king, they have been desperately promoting ideologies of democracy, various freedoms, values and human rights. Later, people developed political correctness witch hunting to hunt the politicians who dared against ideologies.

Politicians have to carry out the ideology Freedom of religion; so that the Gods brainwashed low quality population large scale production at a wild rate. Such kind of low quality population cannot do right jobs besides crimes, they ruined own home yards; and then they are wildly wandering around the world, make replacement of population wherever they are immigrated.

Please look at the democracies in west, they are all messed unlivable by the immigrants, now; in France, over 60% of new born skin is dark color, in Canada; a local white complains that his wife giving birth; but hospital delivery beds are immigrants occupied.

As the owners who hardworking build rich Canada; your families are rare rational; who will certainly take action to take back Canada and save the life of the owners of Canada, rather than negatively wait to be finished by the invading low quality population.

To this concern, the powerful saviors are also Quebecer: she is Chrétien Desmarais and father 20th PM Jean Chretien. They will willingly follow your advice in French; and by their political influence to mobilize politicians and social elites improving governance.

This is the motivation that I specially Googled and talkatively write to you.

In the last century, Britain's Industrial Revolution gave birth to capitalism and communism. The capitalist countries were nationalized; which almost uprooted capitalism. People cursed Marx and his communism, but eagerly strives for enjoying communist welfare. The capitalist countries established a communist-style social welfare system; in Britain it called from cradle to grave.

Canada following father Britain established a universal healthcare system. Now the universal healthcare system becomes nightmare of Canadians; patients died from long treatment waits; for resolving medical dilemma, the only way is to explore cheap safe effective medications.

Any disease is syndrome in multi-lesions development; which is the reason that western medicine confidently names incurable diseases, due to its wrongful medical philosophy that conducts to view patients as nonhuman assembly of the lifeless parts and has been treating human patients by the inhuman way of killing and genetic patching.

We must learn TCM philosophy to view patients as emotional human and treat patients by repairing ill and aging lesions; then the concept in the disease treatment will be updated also, and then the cheaper safe vinegar, melatonin and dietary supplements are able to cure the most of diseases, and repair aging lesions to disease free 120 years.

Since sent article A cure for Céline Dion and social diseases in Aug 29, 2023, I have deliberately tried by different dosages to make sure I suggested remedy in vinegar + honey + melatonin is surely safe and effectiveness.

Now I have confirmed that taking 5%vinegar x 16ml (0.8g pure) /50kg + honey + 5 mg melatonin is safe and effective, 3 doses has revived my aged vision and more doses got a youthful face, which meant the systematic reviving of my aged body of 69.

I felt that capsule vinegar seems not effective, and five times water diluted vinegar is better.

Now Canada underwent a political overhaul. PM Dr. Mark Carney made rational reforms with independent policies as that of Jean Chretien once did. I believe this was largely promoted by honorable Jean Chretien; otherwise, nothing is done.

But under the coercion of populism, for PM Mark Carney, the first prerequisite must be pleasing the voters; otherwise he will lose power and accomplish nothing. In such a populism hijacked situation, Canada will be as same as that of democracies in west, the independent policies and the good thought of PM Dr. Mark Carney cannot be properly carried out; but stay in dream.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that legislature making policies pave orbit; and then society runs on, which is that the lawmakers by legislature make laws to enable Gov-power as executable true, and which is that who work as lawmaker who will control the power; and which is that once we controlled legislature, we will control the power to rescue ruined Canada.

Please dump the cheating ideologies democracy and autocracy into garbage bin and to learn China by entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, doctors, quality social elites, etc., from all of social aspect in part time self reliant as lawmakers.

But for unrest concern, in Canada, we must ensure the interest of current lawmakers keeping in normal as it is; and then based on which learn China to establish a civil legislature in collective wisdom of quality social elites as a permanent political cornerstone as assistant to government; by taking 30% of vote right to parallel run with Gov-one; by which mends the flaw of democracy.

In this way, you and your brothers and sisters are able to work as lawmaker to rescue Canada by lawmaking.

By people respected elites part time self reliant as lawmaker; the formation of civil legislature and it made policies will be no one dare to oppose; thus it will be able to play leading role; under the run of democracy.

The role of the civil legislature is not to make trouble or replace the ruling party, but to assist the effective work of ruling party by fixing the designed flaw of the multiparty opposition dysfunctions of government.

Then Chrétien Desmarais is able to play a key role by convincing her beloved father 20^th PM Jean Chretien.

Among the politicians in west, only three French politicians adhered to an independent foreign policy by rationally rejecting foreign coercions. The first was French Charles de Gaulle; the second was Canada's 15th PM Dr. Pierre Trudeau and the third is Canada’s 20^th PM Jean Chretien, who once soberly refused to join the Iraq War. Now globally has recognized the Iraq war wrong.

In 2019, CEO of Business Council of Canada - BCC, Goldy Hyder, in Our politics is suffering from analysis paralysis and the illusion of action said: “many Canadian leaders don’t consider themselves to be nation-builders in a literal sense.” “The issue is that our desire to critique now exceeds our desire to create.” “The procedural obstacles we’ve put in place make it possible for a handful of individuals to hold up initiatives endorsed by most Canadians. Important projects, programs and policies can be delayed until supporters give up and move on.”

The fact was clear that CEO Goldy Hyder has sober mind with desire and ability to help forming a civil legislature.

Please call Goldy Hyder to take Business Council of Canada as headquarter, then by their 170 member entrepreneurs of top enterprises as the lawmakers to establish a civil legislature, and then increase the lawmakers towards broad social aspect.

4...Nationalized resources to create tax revenue

April 12, 2025, I wrote State owned economy is only way for human survival to indicate that Private owned economy grants public resources to be private owned to make profit go to private pocket; thus naked government, then government takes people as ATMs to continuously increase their tax burden.

We must reverse such inhuman behavior; nationalize social resources to create profits as the government fiscal revenue, thereby stopping takes people as ATMs to make the difficult life of people more difficult.

However, not all is so stupid; Jan 8, 2014, there is report that All Norwegians become crown millionaires, in oil saving landmark. In 1990, Norway established Government Pension Fund Global to save income from oil for future generations.

Today; the rational Norwegians created Government Pension Fund Global has invested globally in wide range of fields, even if without oil resource, it is still able to make profits to Norwegian.

4.2...Let foreign own oil and gas naked Canadians

Mistakenly addicting in invisible hand made market economy; the privatization made rich natural resources of Canada to be foreign owned and makes huge profit to foreign individual, by such a way naked government, and then it takes people as ATMs.

We must learn the rational practice of Norway government; Canada’s Pension Fund must take over the natural resources of Canadians to create profits for Canadians.

Recently, PM Mark Carney led government has pledged to invest heavily in major infrastructure projects. Will it hands over resources & investments to foreign companies?
