A “Genius Act” and Its Global Shockwave
In July 2025, U.S. President Donald Trump officially signed the Stablecoin Act, a landmark piece of financial legislation hailed on Wall Street as a “genius act.” Why the praise? Because while the law appears to tighten regulations, it in fact opens a legal gateway to the Token Era, establishing the U.S. as a global leader in digital currency sovereignty, AI-driven financial architecture, and Web3 asset trust reconstruction.
The Act mandates 1:1 asset backing for all stablecoins, full redeemability, real-time auditability, and oversight by federal or state regulators. The impact has been profound—rippling across Wall Street, Big Tech, DeFi communities, and the global monetary system.
Many worry: will this law trigger a financial tsunami?
My answer is: No.
If Any Tsunami Comes, It’s Institutional
If there is any turbulence, it would only be a structural tsunami among TRUST-based financial organizations, not a collapse of the financial ecosystem itself.
Traditional financial institutions operate under a logic of authorized trust—licenses, hierarchies, and monopolies generate credibility. The legalization of stablecoins gently dismantles this outdated logic, shifting the basis of trust from authority to verifiability.
We are standing at the very threshold of a deeper epochal transition.
Finance ≠ Financial Institutions
Within the framework of Intersubjective Symbiosism, life is not static. It is a continuous self-organizing process of connectivity, balance, and rebalancing across Heaven, Earth, and Humanity; body, mind, and spirit; you, me, and others.

Yet in the AI era, this logic is being undone:
AI-generated content is uncontrollable, algorithms are opaque;

Public consensus on “what to trust, who to trust, and why” is collapsing.
