1) seriously investigate the alleged missile strike on a Wagner camp;
2) be clear on whether Prigozhin explicitly declared a rebellion. A desire to demonstrate in Moscow is not a rebellion per se;
3) all the outstanding issues between Wagner and MOD should be addressed directly among Putin, Presidential Office, MOD, Security Council, FSB, and Prigozhin;
4) put Wagner under the loose command of General Sergey Surovikin, and all the needed materials for Wagner be rationed by Surovikin;
5) later regular requests from Wagner should be handled directly by Surovikin’s headquarters, unless there is some extraordinary disagreement and thus necessity for Wagner to reach the top levels mentioned above;
6) clarify that Wagner is a PMC supported by the government and supporting the country. Different internal opinions are welcomed and discussed and debated, and then a fair resolution will be worked on;
7) differences within should be addressed with a future perspective: mitigate or solve the current issues for shared prospect of a better system. There should be no limit for any individual to righteously serve the people. I guess Prigozhin probably has cursed a lot at the rotting rats.
