布林肯国务卿的话，字字珠玑

美国国务卿布林肯，对中国爆发疫情发表了如下意见：

"First, we don't want to see people anywhere suffering from COVID. Whether it's illness, whether it's death, we want to see that come to an end wherever it is happening, including China."
