尊敬的习近平总书：

从刘志军部长到盛光祖，再到如今铁道部门的共贪党从没收手，持续的还在吃贪护贪共贪！前十三封公开信中外媒体都转载了，最终目的是希望您能看到并责令下面及时查处遏制贪腐，并依法给我一个书面答复！如没有书面答复我会中外持续的揭露假反腐的真相！

反腐要从体制机制上下手才会持久有效！二十多年来我在中外媒体几十次提出：反腐败促民主兴中华的口号！提出：民不选官、官不为民！提出：官员公开家庭财产等体制性反腐倡廉建议！可悲可气的是帖子大都被共贪党花纳税人钱删除，而从上到下的腐败却越反越多(上海铁路局李本奉公开顶风作案群众举报多年，我也去铁道部实名举报近三年， 他们上下护贪将大事化小不依法惩处，并至今没依法给实名举报的我书面答复！）同时，从公安部的傅政华及孙力军部长等出现的贪腐看：不仅是顶风作案，更是越腐败越提升！假反腐败只会越反腐，越腐败！

我通过中纪委、中组部、政法委、公安部、安全部网上举报二十多年，仅给您的公开信就多达十三次。中外朋友在外媒也及时帮忙转发了，上亿人知道此事。

去年至今当地公安代表公安部政法委安全部找我数次，说不要被外人利用，我说利用反腐是好事，是渎职的吃贪护贪的共贪们在反党、反政府、反习元首。他们反复找我，说明您的秘书及高层已经知道我的实名举报控告及揭露，但他们上下视而不见，渎职不作为仍都没依法给我书面答复！！

您说反贪反腐要倒查二十年的这招说明您很有决心和智慧，但为什么对当下依法实名举报控告却不查不处！？是政令不出中南海还是你们上面好话说尽、下自坏事做绝的明目张胆的欺骗没有真正选票而无可奈何的民众！？造成很多老百姓认为当下是选择性反腐和假反腐(不站错队，上面有人，就会越反越腐、升如孙力军、 李本奉）

恳请习领袖尽快推进落实真反腐举措！老百姓喊了二十年的官员家庭财产公开抓紧落地。遏制各种腐败的蔓延并堵住假反腐的谣言，增强人民热爱党跟党走的信心！
