太阳系量子力学结构周期表（之三十五）,SunQM的版权更改

The previous copyright “© All rights reserved” that was written in the original 37 SunQM series articles is abolished now. Here （in the article of SunQM-8），I grant the new copyright “CC BY-SA 4.0” to each individua of 37 SunQM series articles (including SunQM-1, 1s1, 1s2, 1s3, 2, 3, 3s1, 3s2, 3s6, 3s7, 3s8, 3s3, 3s9, 3s4, 3s10, 3s11, 4, 4s1, 4s2, 5, 5s1, 5s2, 7, 6, 6s1, 6s2, 6s3, 6s4, 6s5, 6s6, 6s7, 6s8, 6s10, 6s10, 6s11, 7s1, and 7s2), (started from today 2/20/2026). 

版权更改声明： 原SunQM系列37篇文章中所写的版权“© 保留所有权利”现已废除。在此（在文章 SunQM-8中），我向 37 篇 SunQM 系列文章（包括 SunQM-1、1s1、1s2、1s3、2、3、3s1、3s2、3s6、3s7、3s8、3s3、3s9、3s4、3s10、3s11、4、4s1、4s2、5、5s1、5s2、7、6、6s1、6s2、6s3、6s4、6s5、6s6、6s7、6s8、6s10、6s10、6s11、7s1 和 7s2）中的每个单独文章授予新的版权“CC BY-SA 4.0”（从今天 2026 年 2 月 20 日开始）。

The previous copyright change in the SunQM-9s1 (on 3/24/2025, it was “CC BY-NC-SA 4.0”) should now follow “CC BY-SA 4.0”. 之前SunQM-9s1 的版权变更（2025 年 3 月 24 日定为“CC BY-NC-SA 4.0”）现在应遵循“CC BY-SA 4.0”。

Because of its completeness and self-consistence, I wish that the {N,n} QM can be qualified to be one of the many co-existing QM theories. 
由于其完整性和自洽性，我希望 {N,n} 量子力学能有资格成为众多共存的 QM 理论之一。

I also wish that the {N,n} QM (or any fragment of it) can be the useful building material for the scientific community to build the more completed QM.
