芋頭糕  Taro Cake

⭐材料

芋頭 500g

粘米粉 200g

木薯粉 50g

乾香菇 6朵

菜脯 適量

清水 700ml

鹽 1茶匙

糖 1大匙

胡椒粉 1/2茶匙

五香粉 少許

植物油 2大匙

⭐Taro 500g

Rice Flour 200g

Tapioca Flour 50g

Dried Mushrooms 6 pcs

Preserved Radish

Water 700ml

Salt 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tbsp

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Five Spice Powder

Oil 2 tbsp

⭐製作步驟

1️⃣   爆香香菇丁,加入芋頭炒至香味溢出,接著調入鹽、糖、胡椒粉與五香粉

Sauté mushrooms and taro until fragrant, then season with salt, sugar, pepper, and five-spice


2️⃣   將粘米粉、木薯粉與清水混合,徹底攪拌至完全無顆粒狀態

Whisk rice flour, tapioca flour, and water together until smooth


3️⃣   將粉漿倒入鍋中,全程以小火不停翻炒,直到質地呈現濃稠狀

Pour the batter into the pan and stir over low heat until thickened


4️⃣   放入抹好油的蒸盤中鋪平,以大火蒸煮 1 小時

Transfer to a greased tray and steam on high heat for 1 hour


5️⃣   最後鋪上炒香的菜脯與裝飾配料,待完全放涼後即可切塊享用

Top with sautéed radish and garnish, then let it cool completely before slicing
