美国总统川普3月26日（周四）在社交平台Truth Social发文表示，美国与伊朗目前的谈判进展“非常顺利”，宣布将暂缓摧毁其能源设施10日，至4月6日。

川普称，“应伊朗政府请求，特此声明，我将对伊朗能源设施的摧毁期限推迟10日，至美东时间2026年4月6日周一晚上8点。谈判正在进行中，尽管假新闻媒体和其他一些人发表相反的错误声明，但谈判进展非常顺利”。
